Coming Home to Ourselves Through the Body 2024
Led by Alicia Grayson & Sabine Parzar, join us for 14 days of somatic exploration combining solo creative expression with partnered explorations. A weaving of contact improvisation, improvisational dance, authentic movement, bodywork, breath work, interaction with nature, language and ritual. A place where dance, research, performance, nature and self discovery support this voyage to come back to our true selves through the body.
Jam into Fall
Join us for a 3 day immersion in Contact Improvisation Dance. For Jam into the Fall 2023, we are envisioning an invigorating, playful, participatory & co-created space. Jamming contact improvisation in extended sessions is a gateway to a deep embodiment of the form in its physical, social, emotional, spiritual, non-linear & timeless ways. It is a time to practice what we know and what we have yet to discover.
Authentic relating & circling
Three days of deep diving in authentic human connection with beautiful people, during the end of summer, on the top of a mountain over looking the gulf islands. Camping in the forest, eating delicious catered food, and leveling up in conscious relating with an epic international AR & Circling leader. This is the largest event of it’s kind in Western Canada yet!

Salt Spring Island Contact Festival
10 days of Contact Improvisation Dance with a medley of classes, jams, silent jams, music jams, authentic relating sessions, performance night, & nature exploration.
